Directed a cross-functional team of subject matter experts to define four enterprise-level initiatives and related activities for the FAA’s strategic plan (Flight Plan 21 - People pillar).
Leveraged innovative techniques to develop the Flight Plan 21 Tableau dashboard that dynamically shares agency-level strategic planning information with the FAA Administrator, FAA Management Board, and other executives.
Re-designed the FAA FEDTool Tableau dashboard, an agency-level dashboard used by executives and business planners across the FAA to monitor the status and trends of all business plan initiatives, activities, and targets.
Led and managed the work of a cross-functional team of policy analysts to develop a comprehensive legislative requirements dashboard to ensure the agency complied with various Federal laws.

Implemented AIR WTS in the Compliance and Airworthiness Division (AIR-700) per the original project plan, then scaled the user base to more than 500 users across AIR in response to feedback and additional executive support.
Managed governance framework for AIR WTS by creating new policies, procedures, and guidance that ensured the application continued to demonstrate value to end-users and senior management.
